Plain Victoria sponge? Cool. Chocolate sponge with chocolate ganache and decorated with crushed nuts and the chocolate treat of your choice? No problem! Vanilla cheesecake topped with cream, marshmallows and ring biscuits? Been there, done that (see below). Brownies topped with your favourite chocolate? My pleasure! Chocolate and banana sponge cake, topped with mint icing and orange slices? Erm, ok- you're the customer.
Whatever you want, I can bake it for you. If you have trouble deciding, well, I can make you something half and half, or you can have a treat box with a whole range of baked delights. All then delivered to you from my kitchen in Chilham, near Canterbury in Kent.
